APPOINTMENT
We aim to provide a smooth booking process.
Payment will be processed after your appointment, and we accept credit card and cash payments.
We offer a complimentary online consultation via email,
making it convenient for you to inquire about our coloring and perming process.
To ensure the best guidance, please include the following information in your
email:
- Your recent hair coloring/perm history, especially if you've dyed your hair black within the past 2 years.
- Pictures of your current hair
- Images of your desired look
- If you have a preferred stylist, please mention their name for the consultation
An in-person consultation is also complimentary with any service booking, however, if you'd like to book a consultation on its own, a fee of $30+ applies. Should you decide to move forward with our services, the consultation fee will be credited toward your total.
We understand that plans can change, and we want to
accommodate your needs. You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your appointment
anytime online without any fees. Simply log into your account from the BOOKER
SITE link provided, and you can make adjustments up to 24 hours prior to your
scheduled appointment.
However, we kindly ask for your understanding in the event of a No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge either a full-service fee or $70 per hour for the duration of the appointment, whichever amount is lower. We hope this policy ensures a fair experience for both our clients and our stylists.
