Three Degrees Salonでは、
現在一緒に働くヘアスタイリストを募集しています。
当サロンは、20－40代を中心に、
美意識の高い多国籍のお客様が多く来店されます。
新規客・フリーのお客様も多いので、
顧客リストがまだ無い方、
今後自分のスキルやプライスを上げていきたいと思っている方が、
成長できる機会を多く秘めているヘアサロンです。
★ヘアカットが好きな方・得意な方（アジア人・白人・ラテンなど多人種の様々な毛質のお客様が来店されます）
★カラーに対してこだわりがある方、クリエイティブなカラープロセスなどを突き詰めたい方、そういったお客様にもっと入客していきたい方
★デジタルパーマが得意な方、技術を高めていきたい方
（幣サロンはデジタルパーマに定評があり、パーマを求めるフリーのお客様の入店も多いです。デジタルパーマを今後学びたいというやる気のある方も大歓迎！そういう方にはレッスンも行っているので、一緒に技術を高めていきましょう）
上記に当てはまる方、大歓迎！経験年数は問いません。
撮影など、外部の仕事に力を注いでいる方や、子育て中の方にもフレキシブルなスケジュールで勤務できるようサポーティブな体制を整えています。
＊給与はコミッション＋チップ。達成売上に基づいて、昇給制度を設けています。

At the Three Degrees Salon, we are looking for hair stylists to join our team.
Our salon caters to a diverse clientele primarily in the age
range of 20-40, with a strong sense of beauty and style. We have many new and
walk-in clients, making it an ideal opportunity for those who are looking to
build their own clientele, improve their skills, and raise their values/prices
in the future.
We seek individuals who are passionate and skilled in:
· Haircuts (serving a diverse range of clients with different hair textures, including Asian, White, Latin, and more)
· Coloring (Those with a strong commitment to hair coloring and a desire to excel in creative color processes)
· Perm (Individuals who excel in digital perm techniques or aspire to enhance their skills in this area)
We welcome those who fit any/all of the above criteria, regardless of their level of experience.
Our salon is well-known for digital perms, and we have a substantial number of walk-in clients seeking this service. We also offer lessons for those who wish to learn digital perms, so if you are motivated to improve your skills, we are here to support you.
We also have a supportive system in place for those who are engaged in external work, such as photo shoots, or for individuals who are balancing work with parenting, by providing flexible scheduling.
· Compensation is commission-based, with a tipping system. We have a performance-based raise system in place.
· Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
· A Cosmetology License is required.
· Visa applicants are welcome, and we offer support (Visa/Green Card).
