CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We request our clients not to cancel or reschedule, within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment.

  • Our management may cancel, and /or require prepayment of services for clients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment.

  • The same policy may also apply to clients who have a history of multiple cancellations of appointments at our salon.

* Cancellation policy applies to ALL CUSTOMERS.

* If you are not satisfied with the results of any salon service, please let your stylist know before leaving the salon. We offer a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 7 business days of services. We require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.
